Managed Service
Our comprehensive ‘Managed Service” package is designed to take the weight off your shoulders. Mikrotek will take full responsibility for your machines, printers and server. Any work we carry out will be covered by your contract, although you will pay for any out of warranty replacement parts.
We can be there every step of the way for advice. Our IT support engineers will assist with the supply of systems, installation and setup, through to monitoring, faults diagnostics and fixes, backups and upgrades. This really is the closest alternative to an in-house IT department but at a fraction of the cost.
If you have an internet-reliant company, our MSP package is the best type of insurance when it comes to business continuity. If you are based in Bicester or surrounding areas, our local IT support services can help your business to really benefit from technology.

Monitor and Advise
The next level is our proactive ‘Monitor and Advise’ service. We install agents onto your workstations and servers free of charge to monitor activity. The agents act as an early warning system which helps us identify anomalies, issues and faults within your systems before they become issues.
As soon as a problem is spotted, we’ll inform you and make a recommendation with regards to the action you should take. If you decide to take action and ask us to carry out the work, we will charge at our hourly rate. In some cases, you may be able to resolve the problem internally.
This proactive approach reduces the risk of problems escalating and minimises their impact. The quicker issues are detected, the easier they are to rectify. It is typically cheaper and less disruptive too.
